After months of not having the time and not being able to workout at the gym, I can feel that my body has gone weaker. The slightest of physical activity give me joint and muscle paints. Last week, I even had to take medicines for joint pain treatment because I did a lot of lifting doing some chores at home.
For this reason, I regret not giving myself enough time to stay fit by doing regular exercise and proper diet. My case is probably the main reason why most old people become weaker.
