Rusting Joints

After many years of working in an office and not having time to exercise regularly, I finally feel that I’m growing old faster than I should. In addition to that, an unhealthy diet probably made things worse. I now feel joint pain every morning when I wake up, when I climb the stairs and even when I try to bend. The doctor prescribed me an ointment for joint pain relief and also advised me to exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet.

I always knew that not being involved in any physical activities or exercise regularly will hurt me soon. I just didn’t know that I would feel it this soon.
