Weird Exercises That Work
Recently, I stumbled upon a video on YouTube where people are doing all sorts of weird exercises. This is a part of a program called Px90 training - a fitness program that promises to give you results is only 90 days. At first, I was wondering how such exercises can be effective and sculpt a body. However, the videos and pictures of the people who tried the program totally convinced me.
The principle behind the weird looking exercises in the program is that it keeps your body guessing on what workouts you are going to perform. This speeds up the results and within a short period of 3 months, your body will get into the best shape. No matter how weird P90x workouts looked at first as compared to 10 minute trainer workouts, they seem to have delivered good and fast results to the people who tried it. If the program worked for them then it will definitely work for me.
